About Chopped Greens

As vegetarians, we have spent a great portion of our lives in search of the perfect salad.  We struggled to find not only the perfect tasting salad, but one that was created with the freshest local ingredients and produce, and made to order. Acknowledging individuality, we wanted to offer a vast selection of ingredients maximizing your opportunity for “Building Your Own” perfect salad creation.  In addition, we have designed our concept around making the salad experience as simple and easy as possible by having our salad and wrap chefs do the chopping, mixing and tossing resulting in the perfectly prepared “ready to eat” salad.  We decided to open Chopped Greens to give Triangle residents healthy alternatives in foods that are fresh, made to order, reasonably priced and casually convenient whether you choose to eat-in our space and listen to our music,  pick up and takeaway, or have it delivered to your office or home.  In our world salads rule, so no longer do they take a side seat at the meal, but rather they ARE the meal.  Whether our customers choose one of our signature salads / wraps or choose to “Build Your Own”, we will guarantee a wonderfully fresh, tasty, healthy and truly convenient experience.  We strive to make each and every customer visit an expression of our passion for the ultimate salad and wrap experience, which we hope will translate to consistent and exceptional customer loyalty. 

For your ultimate convenience, we offer local delivery service on any size order as well as larger catering services.  Please consider these options when you are working hard and cannot afford to leave the office or hosting a meeting/seminar and need lunch brought in for the group.  If you call, fax or order online by 9:00am and we will have it ready for pick up or delivery to you at your requested time.

Chopped Greens, in addition to continuously striving for consistent goodness for our customers, is also committed to being a good steward for our world.  We accomplish this by using eco-products for our cups, plastics and bags all of which are earth-friendly and compostable.
